  • How can you skate an inflatable ramp?
    Inflate2Skate uses Evolution ramps revolutionary design which has been tried and tested, built by skateboarders for skateboarders. The custom made top layer is the skatable surface whilst the main body of the ramp is made from a softer inflatable material. This allows some flexion but also strong enough to bust out your regular mini ramp tricks.
  • How safe is it?
    Inflate2Skate ramps are a far safer alternative to traditional skate ramps you’d find at skateparks made from wood, concrete or metal.
  • Will it burst if I fall on it?
    No, they are made from the same types of materials as coast guard rib boats, and thus are incredibly strong and durable.
  • How long does it take to inflate/deflate?
    Our ramps take as little as 15 minutes to inflate and deflate on any flat surface.
  • How long should I rent it for?
    Inflate2Skate can provide private hire for local customers in a half (3 hours) or full session (8 hours). Prices and bookings are available on the homepage. For all business bookings and inquiries please fill out the contact form here and a member of our team will get back to you asap.
  • How many people can skate at the same time?
    It is only safe to have 1 person using the ramps at any time. Same as a skate park, sometimes you will have to wait your turn. Even scooter kids
  • How big are the ramps?
    The ‘Miniramp Volcano Combo’ dimensions are: • Length: 28ft (8.5m) • Height: 3ft (0.91m) • Width: 4ft (1.2m)
  • Will it damage my garden/patio/property?
    No, our team will make sure that the equipment is set up correctly and safely and will not leave any damage behind.
  • Will I need a helmet?
    Yes, everyone must wear helmets at all times.
  • Can Inflate2Skate provide helmets and other protection if needed?
    Yes, we can provide equipment and safety gear as an add on for your session if required.
  • Will I need an instructor?
    This depends entirely on your skill and confidence level, young children and first timers might want to have some tuition with their first experience, as it can be quite a steep learning curve. But this is entirely optional as falling down is part of the fun! We can provide an instructor with your booking for an hourly rate and can also provide block group bookings with an Inflate2Skate instructor for groups or 1-2-1.
  • What can I use to ride the ramps?
    At the moment the ramps are only suited to skateboards, scooters and rollerblades. They are unsuitable for BMX, mountain bikes, E-bikes and E-scooters. However, in the future more modules will be available for multiple sports.
  • Can I rent a ramp for my skate school/business for a period of time?
    Yes. Please fill out the contact form here and a member of out team will get back to you asap.
  • How fit do I need to be to use the ramps?
    You definitely do not need to be superman to enjoy skating the ramps, but always be prepared to fall down a few times.
  • Will Inflate2skate provide a staff member to oversee use of ramps?
    Inflate2Skate can provide an instructor for private hire for an additional fee. For a regular booking without an instructor we will not provide a staff member and responsibility of the riders will be down to the paying adult who made the booking and signed the waiver/disclaimer.
  • Will I be responsible for damage to the ramp?
    Yes. All riders must follow the Inflate2Skate safety rules and regulations on the waiver/disclaimer that is required to be signed when making a booking. This document will cover all expectations for both parties. If there is damage to the equipment which is due to not respecting the signed waiver/disclaimer then the customer would be responsible. Likewise Inflate2Skate will provide a high quality product and service to our clients and will not provide equipment which is not fit for purpose.
